๐Ÿฆ• Dino Valley ๐Ÿฆ•

When the class is quiet, dinosaur eggs crack open and little dinos hatch out to play. When it gets too loud, the volcano starts to rumble, and if it stays loud, the dinos hide back in their eggs!

How Dino Valley works

1. Warm up the eggs

Set your lesson length, press Wake the Valley, and allow the mic. A couple of seconds of listening tunes the valley to your classroom.

2. Hush hatches the dinos

While the room stays calm the nine eggs crack open one by one and little dinosaurs wander out to play among the ferns.

3. Noise stirs the volcano

Too much chatter makes the volcano rumble, and the dinos retreat into their shells. Tip: challenge the class to hatch all nine dinos before the bell, and name each hatchling together as a mini reward.

Dino Valley questions

Is Dino Valley free to use?

expand_more

Yes. Dino Valley is one of the three themes included in the Free plan, with sessions of up to 30 minutes and no account required. Lifetime Pro (a one-time $20 payment) adds the other nine themes and unlimited session time.

Can the class lose progress in Dino Valley?

expand_more

Yes, sustained noise has consequences here. The dinos are hiding in their eggs if the room stays loud for too long, so students have a real reason to settle down quickly. A few seconds of calm stops the damage.

What age group is Dino Valley best for?

expand_more

Dino Valley is a favorite with preschool through grade 3. Hatching dinos is an instant hit with younger kids, and the rumbling volcano gives a clear warning that even pre-readers understand.
